Cliff Koyabe is a high-impact entrepreneurial leader and Strategic Transaction Advisor with over 25 years of experience in private equity, business development, and cross-border advisory across Sub-Saharan Africa. Currently serving as Head of Energy as a Service & Funded Solutions at LTM Energy Group, he is positioned to lead the Consolidated Energy Cockpit — a Pan-African investment infrastructure platform powered by the AI-driven Enhanced Smart Utility Management System (eSUMS). Recognised as a “master of connecting the dots per excellence,” Cliff has delivered over USD $150 million in secured mandates, combining deep market insight with unwavering integrity.
As Founder of CCAI Worldwide (2019–present), a premier boutique Pan-African transaction advisory firm, Cliff has served as a specialist advisor under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) framework, successfully expanding South African corporates into East African markets. Earlier, as Founder of Centennial Consolidated Africa Investment (CCAI) from 2003 to 2019, he pioneered a private-equity investment vehicle backed by Nedbank, structuring and exiting investments across ICT, travel management, and telecommunications. His career also spans Co-founding Omega Scientific Research (OSR), where he developed the OSRAM framework — a homegrown systems integration methodology commercialised as an alternative to global Big Five consulting models — serving blue-chip clients including Vodacom, MTN, Telkom SA, and Cell C.
A graduate of the University of Nairobi (Class of 1988), Cliff began his career with international exposure through Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in the UK and a traineeship in Oslo, Norway. He was nominated as County Secretary for Investment, Resource Mobilisation & Partnership in Kenya and serves as a founding member of Stella’s Edge Innovation Fund.
