Luc Kevo Tossou works at the AfDB as the Principal Energy Efficiency Specialist and Investment Officer, within the Energy Efficiency Division where he helps the Bank’s Member Countries promote large-scale EE investments to mitigate climate change impacts, address their energy sector challenges and achieve their green growth vision. He is an energy efficiency (EE) expert with more than 15 years of professional experience in various Energy Efficiency related activities including ESCO market development; promotion of the Super ESCO business model, project and program design, implementation and evaluation, EE strategy design and implementation, financing mechanisms design and stakeholder engagement. etc.
Mr. Tossou holds an M. Sc in Sustainable Energy Systems and Management from the University of Flensburg in Germany.
