Attempts to foster ESCO markets in developing countries by replicating Western-style ESCO models have in many instances proven unsuccessful, by replicating ESCO approaches without considering the local legal, financial, accounting and business infrastructure needed for a thriving ESCO market. This webinar will provide insights of what developing-country governments can do to foster ESCO markets.
