The Global ESCO Network collaboration with the International Energy Agency, IEA

Since late 2021, the Global ESCO Network has been collaborating with the International Energy Agency, IEA, in an informal partnership that we consider to be of great importance. IEA has been working on the energy efficiency agenda for decades and welcomes the establishment of the Global ESCO Network and its objectives of raising the profile of ESCOs as a concrete model for financing energy efficiency to play its part in achieving global climate change goal. Policy advocacy is one of the central pillars of the Global ESCO Network’s agenda and in that respect, we find no better ally than IEA in our global analysis and policy advice.
